Lux Perennials is a nursery just on the outskirts of Portland, Oregon, USA. The home and gardens sit high on a ridge with commanding views over the countryside below. We visited Lux Perennials because our garden in Australia is full of perennial plants first being inspired by visiting famous gardens in the UK. Even though so many perennials are actually from the USA the english gardens are far more in number and better in display gardens especially with the backdrop of a mansion, a castle or historic building. Having said that Lux Perennials gardens are certainly enhanced by the beautiful home with the perennial display gardens as a surrounds.
