The View is perfect. BUT, what is that for an Interior Design? I would remodel the interior, especially the floors. Furniture and kitchen is fine, but Floor and wall decor is awefully chosen in my opinion. I believe with a darker wooden floor it would look much nicer with the lighter colour furniture. There needs to be a bigger contrast in colours. But besides that, wonderful apartment.

Pretty much the entire Eastern view will be blocked. You'll be cooking your BBQ and dipping in your pool in full view of 6 floors of residents...and it's taller. There's clearly a 1A and a 1B the Palm @@luxelist . Love the presentation though. :)

how many cars can you park? Or is there no garage with this penthouse? Is the elevator straight from the garage to your floor or do you have to change? Also, what amenities are there for the residents in this building? That is one helluva view there...
