I know the first home. Been for sale off and on I think for about 10 years +. Incredible home in an exclusive gated community. I believe it was listed as high as $30 million. Not sure of the price today (11/2022). In Franklin, TN. Home is in "Hidden River" subdivision; off of Old Hillsboro Road.

First home: Some rooms were great like the kitchen and master bath. But overall a very cold house without much personality. I was quite surprised.

Why would anyone want to pay for the taxes & hire housekeepers to maintain this place. I’m in a position to buy this but the school system is evil & I hate to pay taxes to fools.
