Aisa lagta hai 1BHK ki space mein 2BHK squeeze kiya hai. Kitchen is small if you count all the appliances that will be installed.

@@arijitroy3763 It cannot be done that way. A water body requires special construction norms. The pool has to be part of original design,else society will not provide permission to construct a pool

The pool honestly is a waste. and the kitchen is too small for an Indian family. Infact the kitchen seems to be an afterthought !! there is no defined space for the kitchen its only a partition to create a kitchen last minute !! The pool is actually waste of space and precious water !! and who will really lounge in that pool everyday anyways !!! Mumbai me itna time kiske paas hai !! and again maintaining that pool is a headache !! one cannot keep the water stagnant in that pool. it will have to be flushed, cleaned disinfected after every use !! log apna bathroom hi once in 2 weeks clean kar pate hai - pool ka ek aur headache kaun lega !! Even the living room is quite congested. the space between the sofa and the TV is hardly 3 ft !! the layout is not so great.

Hi…honestly dint like d property..I mean it’s not unique bt only I cn say it’s bedhanga..pool is not a pool by d way..plz don’t post such kind of houses..it may damage ur business also..I see many of ur videos so jst suggesting..d kitchen was so so small..it looked like a partition made btwen 2 rooms..dint liked it at all
