Appreciating assets that generate revenue plus some expenses (for tax reasons) and arable land that can support agriculture/livestock. 👍 Quality work shows and speaks as much to character as it does to competency. Develop relationships with motivated skilled tradesmen/women. I see no reason why you can't start small with an income property. 1. location 2. Timing 3. Connections And keep doing whatever you're doing because you look great! 😍😛
