I admire your patience. This is why I could never be in a role facing people who are buying anything "high end". Just the comment "the Mrs will cook" would have elicited a swift boot to the groin, and the further interruption of "what kind of marble is this??" would have required a more forceful secondary kick. Manners cost nothing. But on another note, a lovely property and the way you presented it does you credit.

you said it much nicer than I was thinking it. He came across as an entitled dick…not just because he has $2.5 million Euros to spend, but his arrogance and the way he kept interrupting her, and not even given her eye contact. I shouldn’t judge by first impresions, but his overall attitude made it hard to even watch the video. Hope we’re misreading him. Doubt that we are.
