25H Heimat is a project under the 25hours brand in the Downtown area, right in the heart of Dubai. The company has been operating since 2001, building hotels worldwide (Berlin, Paris, Florence) inspired by the spirit of the city where the building is located.
This stunning 73-story building offers direct views of the Burj Khalifa. The complex features many interesting amenities: an ice bath, a yoga area, a barbecue zone, a podcast studio, and a cinema. Nearby is The Opus building, shaped like a melting piece of ice by the renowned Zaha Hadid. Soon, the Bugatti Residences project will appear, featuring facades inspired by the French Riviera.
