These are all used cars in Delhi. They are going cheap as per new rules in Delhi where Petrol cars older than 15 years and Diesel cars older than 10 years are not allowed inside Delhi... Buyers from other states in India can purchase these used cars and drive it in their own states and in other states also (except Delhi) subject to payment minimal transfer chrages /road tax, if applicable any in that state. State to state, the road tax rates vary... In all other states other than Delhi, people can use vehicles upto 15 years old and beyond that period of 15 years also subject to obtaining fitness certification ...

here 2nd hand preference is less, although its there. some registration charges have to be paid if u r shifting and it will be not much. yahan hyd mein all state cars move all the time so not much bother. Documentation should be right thats it

Yes. Its white board all india registered. In metro cities as per norms vehicles have validity upto 10yrs only. While other cities it can be used upto 15yrs. Secondly owners can buy new cars selling existing for tax savings in IT Returns. And finslly the cars maintainance is too costly on services. That is why it is sellling like anything..
