We used the concierge at the Mark Hopkins in San Francisco years ago. It was our first time and he was wonderful. He arranged for a taxi driver who took us all over the city our entire trip. It was like having a private driver and tour guide in one. The concierge made our dinner reservations every night at the best restaurants. He gave us suggestions of places to see and took care of everything. After that trip, we always use the concierge when staying in a new city or top hotel. Don’t forget to tip well. They deserve it.

Hi William. I'm in Perth and wanting to start such a service here as there isn't one outside of the hotels. I have saved enough for licenses, but I have no idea where to start. could I ask you a few questions, please? this is my dream career path. I have been a hotel concierge and private apartment concierge in Sydney. so have a few basics. but the business side.. scares me. with that type of clientele, you do not want to make mistakes.

Incorrect Alux, American Express Concierage service is number 1. As a former amex employee we have done astonishing requests including sending a private army to get a centurion card holder out of a warzone to safety.

I used a concierge when I visited Italy, he was so nice and prepare, his name is Norman Palermo, and I asked him for emergency airplane tickets. (I’ve never consider to ask them stranger or crazy things like a dog wedding. I know it their work, but their just humans as everybody )

Years ago before things got so high tech, a hotel concierge, who worked in New York City, complained to me that she didn't know if her clients were actually staying at that hotel or not. Also, that pets wedding was a disgrace and ought never to have occurred.

I’m a big fan of Alux and kept watching the videos for quite a while coz there are real value in the content. But what annoyed me most is I have to skip at least 5 Ads just to finish the video and it must be pretty annoying for other users as well. Understand that’s how you make money, but you might want to consider finishing your app and upload videos on it or you can partner with Netflix for Luxury channel, so your audience can watch the videos without the annoying ads. I don’t mind paying subscription fee for your channel elsewhere, but not on KZfaq. KZfaq is becoming a shit hole, try to monetize every second of its users attention.

If you have an AmEx platinum card, you get access to a concierge. It’s not very difficult to get the platinum card (as long as you have a good credit score). I was able to get this cars when I was 22 years old and I was making only $12,000 USD per year.
