The Business Time reported: “Associates of money-laundering suspects linked to 19 units at Canninghill Piers. In that article, it also mentioned how some of them have been buying luxury condominiums in Singapore from Gramercy Park to South Beach Residences and others. I will zoom into luxury condominiums and study how well have they perform till date. I will also compare them to other regions in Singapore to give it some context.

Property price appreciated too fast in general for the last few years. PAP has failed Singaporeans to curb the drastic increase in property prices. The cooling measures are too little too late. COVID is just an excuse for their incompetent.

It's not as easy as u think. Back then when G introduce capital gain tax years ago. Market crash 30%. Some say too harsh. It's not easy...

😂😂😂 u think easy to be government? If easy to be government why WP don't want contest more than 50% seat or form opposition alliance? WP know is not easy so only contest few seat, is more easy to be WP KPKB in parliament and take salary 😂😂😂. KPKB only how to help Singaporean and be first world parliament. 😂😂😂

It appreciated due to influx of buyers not because the cooling measures failed. PAP needs to close the loopholes of decoupling n 99-1 buyers option, avoiding paying BSD,it’s these buyers that buy the 1 bedder or 2 bedder as investment property…soon majority of Singaporean will b priced out….

One friendly advice… your head movement is quite distracting… You may want to consider zoom out your head to include your upper body or reduce the movement a little bit

Eon shenton is a disappointment. Classic example of a stupid apartment layout and poor location. It is also a unlivable place as nothing much nearby as amenities
