great recipe ,high quality Tuna , but that marinade is the real Gem! , the sweetness from the Unagy sauce combined with the sourness of lime and citruss along with the freshness of dill and olive oil creates wonders !!! a touch of garlic and cumin would also be great !!

Wow, now this is a delicious looking healthy meal. I love your use of the kumquats lately...something I have never had before but I will definitely have to try. The star of the show though was that pesky little gray cat. I loved how he tried to help you shovel and then when you were peeling the potatoes I was waiting for his little gray paw to reach up and grab the tuna haha...his reputation precedes him. I knew almazankitchen channel half year ago when one of our US customer (a restaurant owner) asked us if we could handcraft several high carbon forged knives for his busy kitchen, he showed us the great almazankitchen cleaver, it looks really sharp and awsome!!!
