My favourite parts are the use of the low round fences, use of the basements, separation of servant quarters (not just in space but in style), the entrance steps (I didn't realise I was putting mine too close together), the lack of repetition despite the restriction of items and cohesion of style, the whole outdoor area is particularly nice too.

This is insane! Gosh Jet i don't know how you tackle giant builds like this 😄 and you do it so well! Everything fits and everything belongs and looks so realistic , you manage to fill the space so well 🤩 i love all the decorative details 🌟 it looks fabulous 📸 and I love the glass roofing I'm a sucker for that 👌 the grounds are absolutely beautiful too 🌸🌻

Nice. I can't believe I watched that whole thing. My sim is a global celebrity and I'm his "real estate agent" looking for a new home for him that he'll love. It's great but doesn't meet his style. LOL. Love it though.

Ahhahaha, thank you very much!!!.... I have a lot of big mansions of different styles, there is a 1million dollar mansion (classic/modern style) and a super modern one to called Baxter Mansion, maybe he is gonna fell comfortable in one of those!!!

I really love the way you talk about your sim and the fact that you wanna make him happy!!!!!.....I do the same thing with my sims (I don’t play much, I always spend my time building, but I want them to feel comfortable and happy in their home)

@@SimmerJet - Fantastic Jet. I'm going to look for those. If I can't find them I'm going to drop you a note. He loves open spaces and lots of modern decorations. I can tell he likes something when he does that little bend at the knees and bent elbows a couple of times. He does it when he tries on new clothes he likes and when he likes a new place. It's the cutest thing. LOL.

please anyone knows how can i put custom house 64x64 lot into my sim 4 ...... i just downloaded the sim 4 . Only 50x50 in my map .

Well, if you don have any 64x64 lot you can go into the lot and in build mode open the gallery and put the 64x64, the only thing is that you are going to lose part of the build!…But, I think is better to look for a house the same size of your lot….In my gallery I have several houses of different size
