I worked on a house in this Golf Estate back in 2005 just after my matric(2004). It was then I realized that I gotta pull my socks up as I was coming from the village in Limpopo. It really opened my eyes to what was possible

What I like about the Woodhill Golf Estate is that it is not much restrictive when it comes to building style, unlike many other estates. You have a variety of building and roofing styles. Unfortunately, houses are closely situated next to each other and I don't like to be seen from a next-door neighbor's windows. My wife and I initially were planning to build within an Estate; however, considering factors such as levies, although Estates provide a lot of security and you can sleep at night without any worries, I just cannot conform to many restrictions. So, we purchased a free-hold house and transformed it into our conceptualized dreamhouse. Nonetheless, nothing beats the Estate security.

I love this place, I was around there last month #Beautiful driving towards Irene Village Mall, I saw some Zebras outside the estate via Delmas Rd

my sister in law had 2 houses in this estate, the racism she encountered... when she passed away they refused mourners to park on the grass they placed travel bags all over.... never seen such heartlessness, bunch of racists

White south africans are richer that a lot of European, like way way richer on avarage. Probably 4 or 5 countries in the world with white people avarage earning higher that that of white south africans. They live more luxurious than people in Switzerland 🇨🇭 because everything is expensive unlike SA. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I Give props to them

They dont earn a lot, probably CHF 100k to CHF 200k. Its just that a house costs say CHF 500k - CHF 1m in these estates which wont buy an apartment in Zurich.

All these houses you can build them less than a million in villages or small towns but here they cost more than 6 million which is stupid for me

@@africanandproud6792 ayanihlula nalawo ma-golf estate, when you have to pay rates and taxes of +5000 each. Having to part with +10000 a month for levies, rates and taxes. You are just big mouths nje. Nothing wrong with the villages too
