Beautiful!! The first bedroom can be a guest bedroom, so a small laundry is great (keeps their stuff separate from the main laundry upstairs). I would change the fence to be a bit taller for more privacy. Love the primary bedroom and the neatness/simplicity of the backyard.

Beautiful! I love the ambient lighting throughout the home and the backyard is perfect for a pool. I wish the bedrooms were a little bigger but overall the home is amazing.

I love everything about this house! It checks all my boxes and has all the bells and whistles! I love the bathroom layout and especially his and her closets! I think there was built in area for a dog or cat. I thought that was nice as well!

I wouldn't pay that much for this house in ga sinply because it doesn't have a basement, but with that said I think some of you aren't getting that modern style houses will always cost more. If this house was in California this would easily be at least 4-6million and depending where it would be more. Over 5000 sq ft and modern in California triple the price

I love this house and the lot. Love all the black accents on mirrors and the lights. I usually can't stand the light fixtures they put in these houses but damn loved them all except for the cheap one they put out on the patio. This house is a homerun and all that parking and garage space like hitting the lottery. Would just have liked to see a pool already done.

Beautiful flat backyard, love it. Like a blank canvas waiting for customization. The primary bathroom is lovely. As others have mentioned, it's odd that this home is 5,000+ sqft and all the bedrooms feel small. Maybe its the loft area upstairs thats taking away from the primary suite to give it a more luxury feeling.

I’ll take custom closet number # 2 the spa bathroom is killer. The first bedroom can be used for a guest bedroom, except if this was in Florida. We learned a long time ago. That guest never seem to want to leave.

The grand entrance is amazing. Let’s in a good amount of t of light. 5 car garage a good amount of room. Like all the privacy fencing that surrounds the property. I think it’s a plus with no pool at first. This way later on you can have your own contractor come over and present several ideas. Do like the doggie areas. Should you happen to know the height of the garages. As far the price goes. If you are looking at a home like this in the Orlando, Windermere area. You will be at least 3.5 million entry price.

I tell you this in many nice house they built the box where the TV it's gonna be put in , like the Master bedroom, I have 4 TV's where I live and that its not gonna help me for each TV is huge those boxers look good for one small TV it seemed to me the builders think of no that is the way is supposed to be deal with it ... But again the location of this house the back yard very nice privacy it feels there , well let see more 😅

That's very understandable! A solution to that could be to mount a "full Motion" tv mount that will allow you to extend the tv outside of the wall space giving you the option to mount a larger tv.

Ceilings look low on the first floor with the exception of the family room. Not my type of kitchen cabinetry. Beautiful home for someone who likes super modern style. No outdoor kitchen or pool for 1.6 mil.

Sorry the bedrooms are too small. The primary closets are larger than some of the bedrooms. The entire house is too small for the asking price. No basement, no pool, they tried it. They need to drop a few of those zeros on the asking price. 👎🏾IJS

Not impressed, rms too small, each rm should have walk in closets,.no butler's pantry, no outside kitchen, the primary bedroom is nice but the rm should been larger also not just the closet. If I were to spend that kind of money on a house it's going to have everything I want in it.

@@bulkmeup3376Sure do building my home in Texas. Loving every minute of it and I did upgrade all my secondary rooms to larger sizes with walk in closets. Plus, I added a flex room. Still didn't spend 1million even with all my upgrades. Hope that answers your questions
