This home is absolutely gorgeous! Wow! I saw the first video a while black, but this time seems even more beautiful. I don't remember the beautiful dining room. 🙄 I can only imagine how much it costs. Thanks for another great showing/video, I enjoy them so much. Keep up the awesome work!

I know this was shown in 2019. I'm late seeing this. I love how detailed you are about every detail about this house. It is such a beautiful home. I have really been comparing homes here in Jax in gated communities based upon square footage etc trying to figure out at least a ball park figure for the price of this home. I look at the homes that have over 4,000 sq feet that are like 1.3 million. Yes, I'm wrecking my brain about the price and have come to the conclusion that it's about 3 million. I'm I right? Btw I love your sense of humor.

My uncle bought this home, 1/4 he owns in the wintergarden area. Lovely home but its so big it always feels empty every time i visit

Hi Tanekka! This home was built by Lennar/CalAtlantic a few years ago. It sits on a unique piece of property that allows for a basement. I think EVERYBODY that sees it wishes they would have bought it! :)
