Just a tip. Whenever your adapters won’t fit perfectly into the sockets, try tilting and then inserting into the socket. Like one probe of the adapter goes into the live of the top one while the other probe goes into the second level. Hope it helps

Hey! Glad you got to experience the other side of India which is more class and less hustle bustle. Also, the cure to Delhi belly is fruits. Tender/Coconut water helps a lot, plain curd helps too. And, yeah check on the water. Just drink mineral water.

All the basic to luxury hotels provide free WiFi...also please use the room service guys they will help you with everything when feel stuck or confused with anything in the hotel room. Service is the most important part in a hotel stay in India. Try using that always. Then only you will know whether the hotel is good or not.

I’m surprised they let you back into your hotel with Burger King package. I stayed at Conrad last year in Bangalore and those guys made such a fuss about outside food being taken into the room.

Chris, your stomach is upset because you eat indiscriminately at any cheap roadside place, in any plate and cutlery provided, in any by-lane, in any neighborhood. You also drink any water that is put on the table in any glass. You don't wash your hands before eating most times. Even most normal local people avoid eating at some of the roadside unhygienic places that you eat at. A stomach infection is inevitable at some stage. I get alarmed and annoyed when I see many youtubers live at stinky cheap places and eat cheap food any and everywhere in any country they go to. And then complain about infection, sometimes giving a wrong view of the country. It's not the country or the city. It's where you guys choose to eat and live most times. I travel a lot and explore the innermost local neighborhoods of the country I am in, but when it comes to a place/hotel where I live or what I eat, I always choose wisely. Love your videos so this is not mere criticism. It's solid advice from someone concerned about your health, if making travel vlogs is going to continue being your job/career.

there's nothing like the the Delhi Belly!! I've traveled to many places in the world, but my family is in Delhi and without fail I'm slumped over the toilet within a couple weeks!!

i stayed in india for 2 years 8 months, drank local water in several states, never got delhi belly. i am not recommending you try but it is very amazing.

Just a tip, you should NEVER use one of those Travel Adapters (especially the ones with a ton of different sized plugs), not only are they cheaply made but more importantly don't actually convert the voltage, so you putting your electronics at risk using them or even worse you could starting a fire. (In one of hotels you stayed at in a previous video you showed a plug that was all burned out and warped, I honestly would not be surprised if that wasn't cause by someone using one of those. They are notorious for overheating and burning/melting outlets and itself!) Most of them don't even have any kind circuitry inside and literally do nothing other than switch the plug. As you may know, different countries have different voltages and not all electronics (some do) that are made for certain countries don't work with the different voltages. They aren't safe and not worth the risk. Invest in an actual good converter that you know you can trust. If you just want something to use for charging your phone/laptop, you're just way better off just buying a new charger for that device. It might cost a bit more and be a bit more of a hassle carrying around but at least then you know that it'll work, be safe, and won't potentially damage your devices.

One should avoid two things while eating out, raw foods like salad and chutney and paneer. Always drink bottled water. Cooked food is mostly safe.

My dad is an engineer and he went to conferences all round the world and got in some good hotels v lucky huh?! But he did work v hard like you. Enjoy it you’re worth it

All the Tourists, they just come to the places like Delhi, UP, Rajasthan and generalized the whole India. But they should know our India is beyond these 3 - 4 places. I have never seen anyone visiting South Indian places like kerala and more, western India (goa, kacha), North East India ( our 7 sisters) and at last but not the least north Indian places like himachal, uttarakhand, J & K, ladakh. If anyone visits India next time, please try to take a little effort and be to these places because our India is really beyond what generally all the non-indian knows.
