The first 2 bedroom apartment on the 19th floor is so nice with a balcony. The 35th has no balconies- no area to just sit and hangout... Overall an impressive building.

I agree with you Bryan about the balconies but the penthouse's view and island style kitchen got me, as someone who enjoys cooking occasionally.

No doubt it is an awesome place to live. But I was you, i would never opt to leave my existing place for this place. Your existing home is located very near to nature. I really loved that house

I have never liked flats or apartments even if there are spacious. Absolutely prefer houses with garden on all sides like the one I own and live in Alhamdulilah.

Yeah I think that would be the case for most of the people in the world but that is extremely difficult to impossible in metropols like Istanbul. You will find then mostly at the edge of the city. The ones that are in the city are extremely expensive.

$4.6 million? No way. It’s not worth that much with the Turkish lira Down almost 1 to 8? If Turkish lira would appreciate to its modest 1 to 4, that means they think this property is worth $9.2 million. It’s definitely not and no one would buy it from you.

The thing in Istanbul is that the plots are very very expensive in the center. Your basically in the middle of one of the biggest and vibrant cities in the world.

I am sure there is probably in a separate building since they have offices too. I bet the monthly maintenance fee as we call it in the states is pretty steep too.

I have been there and will rent room there next time when I back to Istanbul , look how beautiful girls walk into there . and they speak perfect English like me , amazing contemporary interior and outerior designs with lots of greens !
