Looking very nice walking around there. I take after the Monaco Yacht Festival then the regular/ usual Monaco yacht owners come back to the port there.

Super cool design . Would not want to be on it in rough seas .

Thats basically a 140' catamaran with glass walls added and a roof. Like a house boat with a fancy modern Italian façade.

LOVE THE IDEA OF CATAMARAN YACHTS BUT MY WORRIES ARE WITH THE GLASS WALLS ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE WATERLINE IS IT SEA WORTHY I DON'T THINK SO PROBABLY 40 MILES FROM THE COAST LINE AND IS VERY LOW ON THE WATER BUT NICE TO SEE

Speaking of bugs…Maraterra is being built as a snails pace…still not done until 2025?
