if u play long enough, its actually easy to dodge all raiden attack mechanics, school kids also can do this. Just need practice.

Heizou is like the (well not really...just a random thought) reincarnated version of Teppei with a new life and identity. This time aided with the vision of Anemo symbolizing freedom. He got his revenge by becoming a playable character.
