About Reshiram on pvpoke: Pvpoke only calculates (like the ratings on gamepress too it feels like) the 1on1 duels of these Pokemon and for some reason also mainly the 1-shield scenario. If a Pokemon is high up there, then on average that Pokemon has a lot of positive match ups. However theres 2 issues with that: First of all, a Pokemons value is not really determined by its absolute number of positive matchups against all other Pokemon but by its matchups against the other strongest Meta-picks. If you win against 600+ Pokemon but lose to all the top 10, you will still suck in reality but pvpoke will give you a high rating. The second thing is that a Pokemons 1on1 duel capabilities do not say anything about the ability to integrate this Pokemon in an actual winning team. Sometimes a Pokemon has great stats and great moves and great duels but theres just hardly any nice team you can put it in such that their strengths are brought to light and their weaknesses are covered. Another issue is that pvpoke doesnt factor in shield baiting, buff chances or farm down potential, potential to be a great sac-swap due to having great resistances, etc., etc. All in all the pvpoke raitings should only be taken as rough indicators for the use of a Pokemon and not treated like say the ELO strength of a chess player.
