It's a left side blind fire. It's an in game mechanic. Similar to the overhead blind fire he used as he killed Sanitar.

at 5:00 I think Tony was bugged and was invisible to everyone on the server. That's why the other guys were running around and not shooting. THey couldn't see or hear him. They were just taking damage out of the blue. They couldn't even hear the shots. I've encountered this bug several times so far.

im not playing this game till wipe happens ive lost today alone 90% of my stash my little lv17 ass can't stop being spawn killed what makes it worse is I NOW HAVE TO DO KNIFE RUNS BECAUSE I DONT HAVE ANYTHING and when i do i might as well be shooting sticks at them sorry i just had a decent run and lost it all i don't know how but i killed a chad in my spawn then had like 8 scavs rush me them three pmcs got to the last guy and mu gun just stopped shooting next thing you know i have a jam and then got HEAD JAWS fuck it I'm playing Minecraft or some shit im done
