Today Adam and James will face off in a rematch for who has the more competitive list for the upcoming LVO. Adam will break out his new Adepta Sororitas against James and his Chaos. If either of these lists are successful they may end up taking a journey to LVO 2020. Will the forces of the Imperium be able to defeat the dark forces of Chaos? or Will the Dark Gods send these little women packing? Watch and find out.

Nice report! Remember, Morty is a psyker. Reroll all wound rolls against a psyker Strat might have come in handy a bit in turn two.

Indeed! A lot to keep track of with the new codex and stratagems were an afterthought for me unfortunately! I'll hopefully be up to speed for LVO

Couple quick comments. Sister Superiors can no longer take stormbolters. Litanies of Faith allow One reroll of a miracle die per player turn, not all of them.

Adam Truax yes superiors only have access to ranged which is combi/flamer/melts/plasma or condemnor or pistols. Stormbolters are now restricted to special only

@@sdgierlinger Storm bolters are still available to superiors and Canoness through Legends and through the Index v Codex flow chart.

Only get to re roll 1 miracle dice You only get 12” aura for reroll 1s to hit, would be 9” for extra invun aura

Rod of Office only increases the range of a canoness' re-roll aura, no others. Also noticed you forgot Valorous Heart ignores AP-1 and rolled two 3s saving against Mortarion's grenades.

In the first rounds of combat with Morty, what is the armor save for the small squad of girls? If it is +3 they would be saving on a 5 not a 4 and they all would have died. But I don't know anything about the new sister's rules.

Sisters have rules that ignore certain levels of AP. -1 for their order conviction and a further -1 for the banner ability within 6"

The Valorous Heart order conviction (think Chapter Tactics) gives 6+ FNP and treats AP -1 as AP 0. Any Sororitas unit within 6" of a friendly Imagifier from the same Order that has Tale of the Stoic also treats AP -1 as AP 0. Further, Valorous Heart's conviction explicitly states that Valorous Heart units within 6" of a friendly Valorous Heart Imagifier also treats AP -2 as AP 0.
