I am lubing the U-joints and the drive shafts/prop shafts on my 2004 LX470.
This should be done basically every oil change unless you do some serious off roading. The U-joints take standard NGLI grease, the drive shafts takes NGLI grease fortified with MOLY.
It is a quick and easy procedure, just need a couple grease guns!
