I finished uni a few weeks ago so I can definitely relate, especially to the physical toll that exams/uni have. I got tonsillitis the week I submitted my diss and also had back pain (inflamation of nerves) . Apparently both were caused by stress which really shocked me. Uni is such a rollercoaster but we did it! Congratulations

From my experience, back pain can come from stress tension which is always worse when you're in the same position for ages, and your period won't be helping. I would say heat, relaxation and gentle movement will really help! Congratulations on completing your degree! I'm almost done with teacher training and very proud of myself for getting through! xx

I've always found your videos so calming and like hanging out with a friend, and I can't stress enough how important these weekly vlogs have been in such a turbulent and traumatic time for me after a painful breakup of my long term relationship. I’m also going to Leeds (I’m moving back home as I’m originally from Leeds but live in Lincoln!), however, I’m going to Leeds Beckett University! omg i finish a-levels on monday and i am feeling exactly the same. that feeling when u came out of ur exam was how i felt after my english exam on thursday- just frustrated and no sense of relief at all :/ it’s actually so helpful to see someone going through the same thing💕thank u sm for the uni vlogs over the years and wish u all the best for the future, I can’t wait to see more vids soon! :)

I am just in my last week of doing my bachelor thesis and can relate to so many things you are talking about! Not all of them, because I am not completely finishing uni - still got at least two years of a masters program to do. But I did my bachelor in a double degree and for my master, I will only continue one of them, so in the subject I "left behind" I had to do a big oral exam as a final project and it didn't go as well as I had hoped. Although It really didn't affect my overall grade as much because I still got a pretty good grade, I was so bummed about it and literally started to cry out of overwhelm, because I had hoped on leaving this part of my degree on a high and then I didn't and I felt so bad because everbody was so happy for me and I just cried 😶 Also absolutely terrified now of leaving my masters degree in the future because I think this "loss" of academia (because I love education!) will be so hard for me
