My interpretation about the lyrics and the video: The man was mourning and living in despair after the woman (his lover) was dead. In the other dimension, the woman keep following him wherever he goes and trying to encourage him to stay strong and don't give up.

I interpret the video as a man trying to move on from the memory of his dead wife. The memory of the wife walking and running after him is not at all malicious but just a visualisation of how memories have a way of catching up to us...and at the end when he reaches the sea, the man falters and gives up on moving on, letting himself forever live in the memory, and he cries.

A friend of mine and his father went to visit some of their relatives who live at the other side of the country and they asked me to come with them. I was around 10 that time. That’s where i met her. She was my friends cousin and she was like the most beautiful person to exist. She was 2 Months younger than me and a bit taller, even though i wouldn’t confess it. The same day we arrived we went to a local lake to swim and instead of having fun with my friend i spent all my time with her playing and swimming. One evening we went to a restaurant near to a park, after dinner my friend, his cousin aka my crush, her brother and me went to play in the near park after promising the adults we would be back before it got dark. In the park she took my hand and led me to a pavilion (without her brother and my friend aka her cousin) . When we sat there, only the two of us, she sang this song to me. A week passed and we had to leave That time nobody of us had a phone or something and i was to embarrassed to ask her telephone number. I never saw her again and I don‘t have that much contact to my friend anymore and i think it would be kinda strange to ask him after his cousin after all these years ...

Damn thats the 13th anniversary right now... i remember this song really well from my childhood when i was 5yo at the time and it's very nostalgic to me. Years are passing, im older and now im almost not a kid anymore. It felt like just a while its a little bit sad when im thinking about that.
