The maze of steep, narrow streets, shops, galleries, pubs and cafes, will find appeal to everyone. Famous for its ancient Cobb Harbour which dominates the view out to sea, its south facing beaches providing safe bathing and is synonymous for fossils. It was on these beaches that Mary Anning discovered the first Ichthyosaur to be found in Britain and today the area continues to be a mecca for fossil collectors of all ages.

Lovely video Natalia❤ Lyme Regis is beautiful. I love to walk along the cob harbour., you can see the fish swimming.🐟 We visited last year in the summer and it was very busy. I love the little shops some are quite quirky (dziwaczny) Oh yes, you can't go to the seaside and not have fish and chips 😋

Hi Claire 👋 yes is really lovely there. Another interesting fact is in January 2016 Chris Moore discovered a brand new species of Ichthyosaur, you can see this in the BBS documentary ‘Attenborough and the Sea Dragon’ really interesting 👍. Fish and chips 10 out of 10. 😊 Hop you have a really nice weekend 😊
