11:38 there is no doubt that Lyn made macro mistakes as grubby pointed out, overcommitting on Wyvern, investing in base defense but taking fight outside of it, and going for expansion meant that fight wise Lyn had no meaningful lead but nonetheless and this is my opinion, damage profile of undead being bursty is a clear advantage as you remove sources of damage one after another in rapid fashion and one might think that this is a asymmetrically balanced game so the damage mitigation tools that orc have access to namely stomp and healing wave should offset that. while this is true in a way that orc heroes scale better than Undead counterparts but 1.what matters the most is 50-60 supply mid fights 2. ultimately killing a damage source is much better than preventing it from doing damage.

I kinda wish that the double racks build would be studied further. Because I kind of see the reason but it has drawbacks and could be improved. Like you can make a first barracks then around tier 2 thats where you can make a second one, that way you can build a shop or make necessary upgrades like fortified early on or even make adjustments. -And I know its a way to increase the supply but early on they are weak and you can make early head hunters and also reach the mass, only tier 3 when you can unlock their form then reach that timing-

It seemed Lyn had one plan in mind but then switched halfway to go mass HH + Raiders, definitely that Tiny Great Hall comes as a mistake because it das immediately destroyed but at the end of the day his problem was not knowing what exactly he was going for imo. Still pretty cool game from both.

For game 1, I wonder if Lyn could have done better by immediately investing in 2 Watch Towers and a Burrow at the expansion (if I remember correctly he had enough money for this)? I think these defenses would have been up by the time 120 attacked. After this, invest in Walkers after the expansion kicked in.

I remember when orcs use to destroy UD players lol, at least it is a little more balanced today even tho UD has a huge winrate over orc rn.

I liked this, you should do more commentary , it’s a better highway for information that’s hard to find going over builds and you get to see what items work and what maybe doesn’t

actually lyn's play was brilliant for the first half The strat makes sense if it baits UD into going for alchemist - not sure why 120 went for DR still when he didn't scout the barracks yet. And actually if lyn were to continue massing air vs a Dark ranger he would do well too - it's usually the acid bomb combined with nova that wrecks wyverns
