Funny thing is; while "Lynda" was only faking incapability to pronounce Loreen's name, the confusion is understandable. Loreen's real name is Lorin [lɔ'ʁin], which-in contest-context-was anglicized to 'Loreen' so as to mirror correct pronunciation. However, the Swedes took it a tad too seriously and now call her [lɔ'reːn], forgetting that double-e in English is pronounced [iː], not [eː] (as it would be in, say, Dutch or German).

Her name is Sarah Dawn Finer and she is a swedish recording artist. She sang "The winner takes it all" in the ESC finale 2013
