Love using Dollar Tree items in my journal! You can also buy the paper lunch snacks in assorted colors and make mini albums or pockets for your journal and I love the parchment paper in my journals too gives that little element of crinkle sound! Tfs xo Carole

I luv the Disney and coloring books. I picked up a few from Michaels that were being sold for a dollar and I used the 20% off my entire total, they had the new Toy Story and Strawberry Shortcake and well I couldn’t resist.. I also have my kids Golden Books but not sure yet if I wanna take them apart. I’ve been watching junk journal tutorials too and collecting stuff for them. I have a big bag of recipes from food products, everything from rice bags to the inside of the cream cheese containers...So thinking of doing recipe journals with these. I really really enjoy your videos, you are ahhmazing and I really enjoy your hauls , makes me wanna go hit up some Dollar stores 😊 I look forward to see what you create with all these goodies! Yay!! I'm working on some junk journals right now, too, and Dollar Tree is my favorite place (next to the thrift store) for supplies. I can't wait to see yours! And thanks for the tip about the colored index cards. I never noticed them at my stores, but I'll look for them next time.

I was at my DT yesterday and spent 77 dollars on new stock! Lol they restocked their thin washi tape 7 rolls per pkg. I grabbed 4 lol and all kinds of colors. Their summer stickers are awesome!!!

If you bind the 6x9 envelopes into the spine and use the top half as a pocket, how do you use the closed bottom end?

I always check DT first, but our DT pretty much doesn't have most of the things in your haul 😢 Yours was a fantastic haul. A little bit of everything. It will keep you crafting for awhile. Aleen glue is for fabric. You're probably better off using your other liquid glue (can't think of the name) instead of Aleen's unless you're working with fabric on a cover or something. Great haul I love the dollar tree!!I love making junk journals too but just wanted to let you know that you can’t cut up Daphne’s diaries and use them anymore it’s a trademark. Thay don’t even want you putting it in your own journal which I think is ridiculous but just wanted to let you know🤗🤗🤗 thank for all the inspiration!!!
