Skylar's singing makes me wish he would have been a regular character in Glee, but then again, he was perfect as Jean-Baptiste. This is absolutely my favourite Glee performance that was not performed by New Directions.

That's a great pick. For me, it's Bohemian Rhapsody in season one by Jesse St James and Vocal Adrenaline. Jonathan Groff is the only person that I've heard come close to Freddy Mercury on that song. This would be a good second for me though, although Live While We're Young by the Warblers in season four is up there as well

It still surprises me that after three Pitch Perfect movies Skylar couldn’t show his voice. But years before it took him one performance on Glee to show how an incredible vocalist he is. The transitions are insane.

Hands down, one of the best performances on the entire show! It gives me chills, it is breathtaking, energetic and the choreography is awesome. It will remain one of my favorite performances. Throat Explosion deserved to win. New Directions never had a chance.

It's a personal opinion but to me it kinda looks like New Directions always pick great songs and have amazing performances when they're doing rehearsal and they chose just ordinary songs (with numb performances) when they're singing in front of an audience. And, of course, Glee is no longer since authors decided to follow just college guys' life. ew

B*tch With WiFi except for season 3, season 3 had an amazing nationals. But I guess for season 5's nationals they apparently sang all of Finn's favourite songs.

Right!! But like I get them wanting to sing Finns favorite songs.. But it was a competition... You can't just expect to win by little choreography and basic songs.. I swear they always be performing amazing songs in rehearsals.. Like roar was amazing, some nights was good.. And so on and so on.. Season 3 and season 2 the new directions had their game faces on and killed every competition performance.. Season 4 they were just throwing random popular songs together and doing them... Season 6 they had their game faces on again.. Lol it seems like when they lose.. They want to try!

I tried SO hard to NOT like their performance. Really, I did! It was easy to do that during the "Mr. Roboto" part of this, but then they started singing "Counting Stars", one of my favorite songs!!!! GYAH!! Coupled with them tearing off those ridiculous robot outfits and revealing those awesome dresses and suits, I couldn't help but like their performance!! They played dirty, I swear!!

Wow, funny. The blonde girl is the same girl that sang on another showchoir in season 2 in the last episode, New York. Thought she looked familiair! Quite funny, still great.
