The Sonic team has a crazy track record of NEVER putting any concrete measurements of speed in any of their games. Even to this day, there’s still no concrete answer to how fast Sonic can or anyone can run/fly. It’s always just random numbers, never any real systems like Mph or Kmh.

In Sonic Unleashed, speed is measured in a made-up unit called “SPD”. So it could be 60mph, it could be 60kmh, or it could be neither. Speed is so inconsistent in Sonic, who knows what “Speed 60” actually means. lol

Just a detail, poison in Minecraft only leaves you at half a heart, it can't directly kill you. So, for rouge to die there either had to be hit by something else or should had wither, that, or fall to her side due to being in such poor health... But we don't care for logic. That's one of my favorite scenes from this video
