Yes disrespecting elders is not in our tradition..... Whether we human or rinpoche we should respect seniors who work since decades. M really speechless by seeing rinpoche targetting elders. Rinpoche himself came to ladakh 2 years ago. Veterans leaders seen ladakh through decades ups n down
