before 1 day take a 1 glass of water and add 1 tsp methidana ,1tsp kalonji soak overnight and 2 nd day boil it and put handfull of fresh curry patta ( u don't have fresh then u can use dry leaves mix with overnight) boiled it almost 5 to 7 min atleast 25% boiled and cool down and strain it and ur serum is ready use daily yeh 1week k liye hai or every week new banana hai and rest of part crush it and apply 1 day in week aur length short hai to 2times a week like tuesday and Saturday after 3 months result r clear and haa 1time use mai hai hairfall cum ho jate hai

Dear sister, use the same facewash (diy or product) on your face AND your neck both. Same for the toner and moisturizer. You will see the difference in a week. Dark neck is only because we only focus on the face area and forget the neck part. Give both equal time and care and you will have even tone skin❤

Day 3 remedy can be done. Also one remedy where hibiscus, nigela seeds, fenugreek seeds and some other ingredients were boiled and the tonic was used that can also be done. I too lived in hostel for 3 years I use to do the oiling related and any toner type type of remedy. You can absolutely boil the fenugreek in cattle/heater and use toner or you can just let methi soak for overnight +half more day and use the water as toner and if you are concerned about the seeds then can sprout them and consume it.

@@RanjanaSrivastava-eu5iq Me normal he spray bottle lete hu jo market me available hota h usi se spray karte hu ap na jab he ussi use kare ek baar achee se shake karki use kar may be ho skata h ki uski khuch particles spray bottle rhe jate hongye is vaja se kam nhi kar rha hoga aur try using any small bottle and use with cotton . hope this helps u

yess yess yess fenugreek seeds are magical when it comes to grow hair...i can already see many baby hair growing again on my scalp..ofcourse m not using the method she said..m applying it in different way...but trust me with regular use fenugreek seeds will give yu wonderful results....consistency is the key.....

@@RanjanaSrivastava-eu5iq hey there....mai fenugreek seeds daily 1 spoon nyt mai grinder mai crush karke half cup pani dal deti hu..phir next day mrng mulmul ke kapde se pani aur gel dono extract kar leti hu....phirr usko acchee se spoon ke mixx karke usmai half spoon coconut oil dalke mix karke..pure scalp pe laga letii hu.....1-2 hours rakhke phir hairwash kar leti hu shampoo se......hairfall kafi kum hogaya....mushkil se 3-4 baal tut-the hai...aur dandruff ki bhi problem hai mujhe toh itching bhi kafi kum hogayi hai pehele se..week mai 3 baar lagati hu mai ye...mujhe lagate huye almost 1 month hogaya hai...kamal ke resultss haii...
