I have made this chutney, being a South Indian. But if you add a small onion (cut and fried in oil along with garlic) and a small tomato, also fried a little and put them all in the blender along with the other ingredients, you have mentioned, the chutney will turn out to be superb. Jut add onion and tomato and see the result.
