Jay~作为一名老广。。我想跟你说~你做煲仔饭的时候应该把腊肠腊肉那些放生米上一起煮。。这样才对。。然后饭好了后才放鸡蛋和酱油再焖一会。。。就可以吃了。。 菜的话可以另外灼熟吃的时候放点蚝油伴一下就行~😆😆

Wow! Those Scallion pancake wraps look excellent! The tomato and egg dish is a real staple. My mom and grandmoms made it all the time back in the day. Jay is keeping the family and grand babies well fed.

Jay 这个锅和grill 还可以做韩国石锅拌饭，可以买韩国店腌好的牛肉和猪肉（辣的） 炒点豆芽，zucchini,胡萝卜丝，自己调点韩国辣酱+生抽+糖+香油！ 一拌！但是孕妇不能吃生鸡蛋！其他人五分熟就好了！

I ate the frozen 手抓饼 before. Its a bit too oily for me even though I did not add oil on the pan. But the frozen Spring Home prata were amazing though. I think those prata are still the best flat bread ever.
