The worst judge in the world, bc the mother was just away only for 2 days. But this judge separated the baby and mother for 1 year, and even stopping the baby breastfeeding for good. You judge where you are, may God punish you for this. Bc you don't know the right of the children 😭😭

Solution is not going after the man the system is inhumane, the daycare lady is also inhumane they could have talked because i5 was not abandonment the man i is also maybe not eating either the judge should have been reasonable this is not giving children rights by keeping mothers away from their kids I think this judge was tribal 2 days is not abandonment even some countries allow you to drop off children newborns to be taken care of by an adoptive parent when you are unable to the system is just punishing the poor mothers

Only in Kenya. One would reason that leaving a child in a day care even for a week is much safer than leaving him/her sedated and alone in the house or with a potential peado in the house. Lakini Kenya ni wapi? So denying both the mother and child access for a year is much better? 😢 ....she didn't go partying by the way. And the children home networks 🤔....curious

@@lucymwai7645 no it's not there's a grace period for abandment I am sure she was calling the daycare lady the daycare was probably just pissed off instead of askiyfor more money and sometimes you can be caught up in a job and be forced to leave your child at daycare so they are wasting our tax resources especially knowing the poverty rate but this judges are collaborators of fake adoptions that's why they are harsh to poor girls and women with children so that rich foreigners can adopt them that's why Uhuru closed international adoptions they were doing illigal things with the help of judges

We may find this unfair...but abandoning a child is cruel the circumstances not withstanding. Coz going back and explaining to the day care that would she be away overnight was easier And yes...the father should also serve a term Plus it may not be the 2 days as stated
