Imagine if this over the top rpg series combined with the over the top action series like bayonetta and DMC combined with the (somewhat) over the top series of Dynasty warriors, into ultimately the most over the top action style dynasty warriors esque game with rpg elements from disgaea.

+lildanial1 Adell was never a hero of justice, he was just a halfway decent guy who liked to punch things and cared for his family. If anything, Val's a lot closer to that shtick and he's definitely pushing it.

lildanial1 "Fair and Square" doesn't necessarily mean "Hero", he just believed in fighting people on even terms, and he had pretty good reasons for both that and the whole never breaking a promise thing that weren't completely in the right. For a good majority of the plot, he really didn't give a crap about most people in the plot that weren't his family, and was perfectly willing to beat up anyone that really got in the way of that. Also his oversized tie was awesome.

DarktheHeroAxel His oversized tie was stupid and what you pointed out annoys me the most. It's a god damn game about demons, I know Adell wasn't raised like a demon but he was still a demon none the less even if he didn't know it. Fact is, he wasn't all that interesting because his entire motive was "I need to protect my family, my village and my future waifu." That annoyed the hell out of me. See that's good and all, but bro, kill some people in a horrific way for fun.

@@bunnydexter7178 Well first you need to get to level 9999. Then you have to re-encarnate and use stat Minipulation to get crazy damage. I won't explain too much because it's too much for my small brain but getting to 10billion damage is NOT easy at all!

not exactly, the president of NIS said that more like a joke, that he is confident that the game will sell 150K otherwise he will quit, it was a misunderstanding, even if i were wrong(im never wrong), the game did sold like expected (was one of the top selling games at launch) they're OK, nothing to worry about.

Disgaea has a tendency to cap stats... around 99,999,999. And health caps far higher. And the brutal bonus boss, Baal, and all his incarnations, usually has capped stats. Sometimes even ABOVE the cap.

In this case, he's the voice of reason to an extent. If it isn't revenge related, he's chill and calm, but the moment revenge comes into play he stops "messing around". Quite fitting compared to the insanity that is the rest of the main cast.
