Sir I am 40 years old and i am facing hemifacial spasm since jun 2022. I took medicine with many neurologist like Dr Bhawana sharma , Fortis jaipur, CK birla but prob could not resolved. Botox is effective for 3 to 4 months. Is MVD surgery is appropriate for me so that i could get permanent relief fm this prob . Pl guide me sir.

Nice information . For hemifacial spasm is MRI brain is indicated ?? for facial nerve involvement or we can treat hemifacial spasm with Botox without radiological investigation.

Yes! MRI should be done particularly in refractory cases where botulinum toxin isn’t working!

Namaste sir Mera aakh 1 month se jyada ho Gaye fadakrahe hai. Left eye jyada right eye kam fadak rahe hai.kohi bhi tanab nahi hai sir 🙏

Sir MRI Brain report me ye aaya hai kiske paas Jana chahiye IMPRESSION: MRI STUDY OF BRAIN REVEALSS :- Mild atrophy of dorsal tegmentum of midbrain with flattening of its superior surface giving classical humming bird like appearance on sagittal sequence. Imaging findings are in favour of Progressive supranuclear palsy.
