ഈ ദാരുണ സംഭവത്തിൻ്റെ പൂർണ്ണ ഉത്തരവാദി മേയറാണ്. യഥാസമയത്തിന് മാലിന്യസംസ്കരണം നടത്താതെ നഗരമാലിന്യം മുഴവൻ മഴയത്ത് കുത്തിയൊഴുകി റെയിൽവെയുടെ തുരങ്കത്തിൽ വന്നടിഞ്ഞു. അതെങ്ങനെ റെയിൽവേയുടെ കുറ്റമാകും?

റെയിൽവേയുടെ പ്രോപ്പർട്ടിയിൽ വരുമ്പോൾ തോട് ട്രാക്കിനടിയിലുള്ള ടണലിൽ കൂടി പോകും. ടണലിന്റെ മുന്നിൽ ഉള്ള നെറ്റിൽ തോട്ടിലുള്ള മാലിന്യം മുഴുവനും അടിഞ്ഞു കൂടുന്നു. പരിഹാരം... മാലിന്യം റെയിൽവേയുടെ സ്ഥലത്ത് എത്തും മുൻപേ നീക്കം ചെയ്യുക. അല്ലാതെ, നാട്ടുകാരുടെ മാലിന്യം മുഴുവനും റെയിൽവേ വാരി മാറ്റാൻ പറഞ്ഞാൽ അവർ അനുസരിക്കുമോ.

മാലിന്യം ഇപ്പോൾ ഉണ്ടായതല്ല. അവിടെ ഒരു തൊഴിലാളി അപകടത്തിൽ പെട്ടു അതിന്റെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തം ആണ് ഇപ്പോൾ എടുക്കേണ്ടതു. ഒരു റെയിൽവേ തൊഴിലളിയുട പരിഗണന ഉണ്ടാവണം. ഈ റെയിൽവേ കോൺട്രാക്ടർ തൊഴിലാളി ക്കും

Kerala High Court & Human Rights Commission Suo Moto should take needful action to register a case against All Concerned & Responsible Authorities (District Administration, Municipal Corporation & Indian Railways) and prosecute those “White Collar Personnels” for their Negligence & Irresponsibility in doing Public Services with their Position & Powers and also for sending those persons to clean a unhealthy, confined & dangerous drainage canals & underground manholes which is dangerously filled /accumulated with all kinds of Public’s & Hotel/Restaurant Wastes without providing any Safety & Life Saving Tools & Devices and No Supervisors of sending Authorities at this Bad Weather Conditions as per enacted laws before the Court of Law. In these kind of Cleaning Operation one Emergency Ambulance shall be kept ready at Cleaning Location and also informed to Local Fire & Safety Authorities about this Operation in advance & writing in letter for their Precautionary Safety Measures & Steps in case of Emergency.
