Brother nenga exact ena problem mention pantringa theriyala.. 1. Avoid heater for tetras 2. Mouth cotton disease (api melafix ) best medicine 3. May be tumors like infection hard to cure.. u can try with api melafix itself

Yes u can .. best is manually remove all the visible anchor worms and use yellow medicine for any wound to heal.. u can also use rock salt per kg for 1000litre ratio..

Cloudy eyes means poor water condition.. ipo thaiku water change pannitu ro water add pannunga and maintain water at 50% level of Aquarium.. full water change panna kudathu.. for tetras weekly 25% water change kandipa pannanum..
