ஸ்வீட் விப்பிங் கிரீம் - 400 மி.லி.
பால் - 500 மி.லி.
குங்குமப்பூ
சர்க்கரை - 1 கப்
செய்முறை:
1. கடாயில் பால் ஊற்றி அதில் குங்குமப்பூ மற்றும் சர்க்கரை சேர்த்து கலந்து 15 நிமிடம் கொதிக்கவிட்டு இறக்கவும்.
2. மாம்பழத்தை தோல் நீக்கி சிறு துண்டுகளாக நறுக்கிக்கொள்ளவும் .
3. மிக்ஸியில் நறுக்கிய மாம்பழம் மற்றும் தயார் செய்த கன்டென்ஸ்டு மில்க் சேர்த்து நன்கு விழுதாக அரைக்கவும்.
4. ஸ்வீட் விப்பிங் கிரீமை நன்கு அடித்து கொள்ளவும். பின்பு அரைத்த மாம்பழத்தை சேர்த்து நன்கு கலந்து மீண்டும் நன்கு அடித்து கொள்ளவும்.
5. பிறகு பாத்திரத்தில் ஊற்றி 12 மணிநேரம் பிரீஸரில் வைக்கவும்.
