For the background, I heard him say, that it was written in the moment of feeling homesick and depressed. They were touring for a long time and the other band members all had their family or friends coming to visit, but his girlfriend couldn't come. Just a little moment of feeling homesick, but his mind started swirling, what if he died suddenly, far away from home, unable to even talk to those he cared about the most.

You can listen to KOOL KIDS (better live version), or HONEY ARE YOU COMING?..Than a very deep song CORALINE, and VENTANNI (meaning 20 years old) that are in italian. Funny songs are: MAMMAMIA, GOSSIP,. If want listen the songs that made them famous are: BEGGIN (cover) and ZITTI E BUONI (in italian) wich is the song that give them victory to Eurovision Song Contest in 2021. Many more, I like also TIMEZONE (Damiano, the singer, wrote this song for his girlfriend who at the time lived in Rome) . I think Maneskin could work well, maybe even better, without Damiano and with a less self-centered singer who doesn't pretend to be modest. Their true strength is music rather than singing.
