Fish Paal Curry is Kerala fish curry with coconut milk with spices and vinegar as souring agent. This style of fish preparation is famous in Kochi.
Ingredients

Fish - 1/2 kg
Green Chilli - 4 nos
Ginger Crushed - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 medium
Coriander Powder - 2 1/2 tbsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Pepper Powde - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seed Powder -1/2 tsp
Coconut milk 1st extract - 1 cup
Coconut Milk 2nd extract - 1 1/2 cup
Vinegar
Salt as needed
Coconut Oil

Njan ith last year cheith noki, vegetarian aane njan veetil ulavark chyunathaane.. elaarkum ith ivde ipo special aane.. ammayum ipo ithaa chyunath.. Vinegar ne pakaram Kudampuli aanene maathram.. very tasty .. Thank you chechi..❤❤
