ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਮੈਂ ਪਿਛਲੇ 4 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਹਰ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵੇਖਦੀ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ 65 ਕਿੱਲੋ ਤੋਂ 62 ਕਿਲੋ ਭਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਬਸ ਇਹੀ 4 ਕਿੱਲੋ ਨਹੀਂ ਘੱਟ ਰਿਹਾ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੁੱਝ ਦੱਸ ਦੇਵੋ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਵੀ ਇਕ ਹੈਲਦੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ
