Ingredients -
मिर्ची का कूट्टा
मेथी दाना - १/४ कप
हरी मिर्च - २५० ग्राम
खाद्य तेल - ४ चम्मच
राई - १ छोटा चम्मच
कलोंजी - १ छोटा चम्मच
सोंफ़ - १ चम्मच
हींग - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - १ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
नींबू का रस - २ चम्मच

Mirchi ka Kootta
Fenugreek seeds - ¼ cup
Green Chilli - 250 gm
Edible Oil - 4 table spoon
Mustard seeds (black) - 1 tsp
Nigella seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 table spoon
Asafoetida - ½ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 table spoon
