INGREDIENTS :
---- PARATHA DOUGH ----
WHEAT FLOUR - 1 CUP
SALT - ¼ TSP
---- PARATHA MASALA ------
CHANA DAL - 1 CUP (SOAKED FOR 4 HOURS)
SALT - ½ + ½ TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ + ¼ TSP
EDIBLE OIL - 2 TABLE SPOON
GARLIC - 4-5 CLOVES
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
FENNEL SEEDS - ½ TSP
GREEN CHILLI - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
GINGER - ½ INCH
HING - ¼ TSP
AJWAIN - ½ TSP
CURRY LEAF - 4-6 LEAVES
ONION (MEDIUM) - 1, FINELY CHOPPED
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - 2 TSP
AMCHUR POWDER - 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA - 1 TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES
