stick to natural stone marble etc but budget marble tile se better hi h. if you still prefer parking tiles, wall tiles vagera for bath, one can definitely go for good branded once .

Sir i m in procurement line and recently been out of a job, i was actually doing procurement for water supply projects but when i went for interview at real estate firm they told me that i dont have experience in procuring real estate item such as tiles, windows etc. Can you make a series on procurement of real estate item and the whole procedure as to what criteria we should look into for procurement of those items? O bhai, I'm not an engineer nor a contractor nor any marble / tile businessman nor even expert. But, @ 06:01 sec that u showed is called Green slab & that's the lowest cost & lowest strength stone available in flooring material. Highest price + strength 1. Granite (the strongest) 2. Marble 3. Green slabs(less stronger) Tiles: available in various price range & strength. 🙂🙏😊

Used for wear and tear Marble =30 years plus Room temperature will be cold.. Repoliced marble after in 10years. Marble =long life for floor. Tile :- variety options available in market Dull looking in 10 years... Polish not having Granite :- used for kitchen... At least tile is best... because it's on budget.

Installation charges mentioned by you is way too much... Tiles installation costed me Rs. 14/sqft and Marble installation costed me Rs. 35/sqft

Tiles are better just buy few boxes extra so if have to replace any tile ! don’t have to go any where to look for it !

If you buy tiles from big brands such as Kajaria etc, they dont remove a specific design quickly and each design stays in their catalogue for more than 10 yrs, so go with standard or bigger brands who do not often change the designs frequently. If buy from smaller companies or local manufacturers then getting same tile will be difficult after few years

We applied tiles on outer walls of our newly constructed house and it is not more than 5months;they are about to fall. We used 1:1ratio of chemical and cement while our workers were telling to apply cement only. The house is south facing and sun shines from morning to evening on those tiles....what is the reason and how to resolve this problem as most of those about to fall tiles are cut pieces....the whole slot of tiles does not seem to fall.help me out plz.
