Namaste 🙏 today in this video I’am making मासुको आचार/ masu ko achar/ meat pickle
Which is Nepali style masu ko achar,meat pickle this types of meat achar is very popular in Nepali food.Made with fry meat and different types of masalas it’s really delicious and can store for many days.
Ingredients for this Recipe
Meat of your choice 1 and 1/2 kg
Ginger around 2 inches
Garlic 1 bulb (if small use 2)
Mustard oil 1/2 cup
Chilli flakes 1Tbs
Chilli powder 1Tbs
Fenugreek seeds 1&1/2 Tbs
5 each cardamoms and cloves
2 star anise
1/2 nutmeg grated
Salt for taste
5Tbs of vinegar
Masalas:-
2Tbs cumin seeds
2 Tbs fennel seeds
1 Tbs coriander seeds
1Tbs mustard seeds
1Tbs black pepper
1Tbs Sichuan pepper

Really looks yum..have eaten a similar masu ko achar earlier. Also quite similar to a very old Venison (deer meat) Nepali achaar, I had years ago belonging to the Royal family! Many thanks🙏🏻
