Keri Ni Gotli No Mukhwas is widely made by many people in Gujarat during Mango Season. However, normally the traditional method takes longer up to 5 days. Today, I have shown a method of making this super tasty Mukhwas only in an hour. Thats why it is an instant recipe.
The mukhwas prepared by this instant method goes equally well like traditional mukhwas and tastes so good. Further, it can be stored for whole year. I hope you would like this recipe to try during this season of mangoes.

10 Mangoes (पक्के आम)
2 glasses of Water (पानी)
1 tsp Salt (नमक)
¾ cup Dhana Dal (धाना दाल)
¼ cup Magaz Seeds (मगज बीज)
2 tsp Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - Soaked for 2 hours (२ घंटे भिगोए हुए)
1.5 tsp Pure Ghee (शुध्ध घी)
½ tsp Black Salt (संचर पावडर)
2 tsp Hingwastak Powder (हिंग्वाष्टक पावडर)
