பல வருடங்களாக சாப்பிட்டு வருவதாகவும் ருசி அந்த காலத்தில் இருந்தது போல இன்றும் மாறாமல் உள்ளது என அங்கு சாப்பிடுபவர்கள் சொல்கிறார்கள் வருடங்கள் போனாலும் ருசி மாறாமல் வைத்திருக்கும் உணவக உரிமையாளரை வாழ்த்துகிறேன்.மதுரையில் மீனாட்சி அம்மன் கோயிலருகே மாடர்ன் ரெஸ்டாரண்ட் என்ற உணவகம் நூற்றாண்டு கடந்தும் சுவை மாறாமல் இயங்கி வருகிறது.

When I was in Srirangam, I was visiting Mani's Cafe daily breakfast. Super Poori Kizangu saagu. Dosa, medhu vada Idly. Evening Adai and Ashoka Halva. Very nice.

When we visited Sri rangam (Sri Ranganathan Darsan ), we had food from Mani's Cafe. What a Taste !. Amazing. 👌👌👌. I think a shop is there near Ranganatha Temple. There also we went.

Good to see that food is cooked using sticks but very sad to see that they are not using brass utensils. Traditional food is always prepared in Brass as it retains nutritional properties of Food
